On page 5 of the bill, Section 46, line 8 by striking out the semi-colon and the word "and" and inserting in lieu thereof a period;

And,

On page 5 of the bill, Section 46, line 9 through 12 by striking out subsection (B) in its entirety;

And,

On page 7 of the bill, Section 23, line 8 by striking out the semi-colon and the word "and" and inserting in lieu thereof a period;

And,

On page 7 of the bill, Section 23 line 9 through 12 by striking out subsection (B) in its entirety.
